It seems the preInit problem will be fixed in the next A3 DEV update (leaving the current A3 stable version still broken though and you still have to change forced = 1 to preInit = 1 in the Dom f version...):

Like I thought and told Dwarden last week, preInit functions were spawned instead of called which can result in a script execution delay (2 frames is already a lot and shows nicely what can happen with scripts executed by spawn or execVM).
