Problem gelöst. Falls jemand das selbe Problem haben sollte:

Ok you have installed a very old version of the tool before installing a recent version.
Open %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\ArmaAddonSync2009\Data
Delete the file AddonSyncLocal.s3db.
Then restart the tool.
Gimme a shout if you need more help.
(This should fix the problem)
